Igor Surovtsev was born in 1942 in Chelyabinsk, RSFSR, USSR. He was an actor, known for Moscow Does Not Believe in Tears (1980), Vkus khalvy (1975) and The Long Recess (1973). He died on 29 December 1994 in Moscow, Russia.
